When Business Families Foundation developed its Women’s Roles course, it did so with an ambitious goal to equip women with effective tools to help them define their identities within the context of enterprising families, and with a view to delivering concrete action plans towards their personal success, and that of their family and enterprise.
Women’s Roles is part of BFF’s broader Women in Enterprising Families Initiative, whose principal objective is to identify and apply best courses of action as they relate to enterprising women. In this context, it is not uncommon for women to face an overlap of roles – conflicting functions where they may feel compelled to nimbly balance family responsibilities against professional duties. WEFI provides a vast set of resources for enterprising women to mitigate their sense of isolation, address their unique needs, and become more effective leaders. By supporting Women’s Roles, you can help more women in enterprising families succeed.
