Blended Learning Training

The following collection of sessions is offered through Family Enterprise Canada and represents our approach to training and supporting Chief Learning Officers and Educational Partners within family businesses. The different sessions can be mixed and matched to ensure we can address all Partner questions and concerns, as well as provide more information on our courses and pedagogical approach.

COURSE SESSIONS

PRE-WORK
Prior to any FEF/Partner training, each participant/facilitator must complete each course that will be included in the trainings, review the applicable Facilitation Guide(s) & submit any pertinent questions on the material they wish to have answered. FEF will blend in the answers to the sessions were applicable. As a participant and future facilitator, each participant will receive the handbook "Facilitation at a Glance."
