Allow Intrapreneurs to Experiment

When people hear about resources or capital, the first thing that comes to mind is money. Yes, it is obvious, you need money, but I think the first thing that Premier Tech made available to me, my team and my friends when we started back in 1988, 1989, is hat we were allowed to experiment. We were allowed to make mistakes, but we had to learn from them. Face our failures, learn from them, then use them as a springboard to be better managers, better leaders, better entrepreneurs.
