The difficulty that your going to face though is disagreements when it comes to how to progress with the business because someone who’s more Type B is little more laid back, a little less stressed, and is less likely to take that step forward and take a risk for the business, while the Type A personality is always thinking of the next step. But together, you actually make a fantastic team, the Type B being able to say ‘wow, let’s step back, look at the situation before making a decision’, while the Type A is motivated with that next step.
