How Can Next Gens Improve as Leaders through Philanthropy?

I would say in 2 ways. One is, that it allows them to give leadership to the projects we get involved in, and whether that’s at a board level or actively involved in that community project, whatever it is. Secondly, it allows an opportunity for leadership within our foundation and taking leadership in terms of who we are, what we’re doing and where we’re going.
