Eva Wathen talks about the leadership style of women and how it can benefit the business.
Another kind of leadership, it’s not what you are doing in your industry or in your business, but how you are actually doing it. And I think that there, that’s where women come in, to a greater extent, in the future. Because we, I don’t think there is as much power play in the leadership as it might be with women. Like I said earlier, we are the chief emotional officers, so we have really the goal to get the management work together, to look for long term solutions and really see to it that this is going toward the right direction. We are probably not taking as much risks as men, but that’s also something that’s securing the business in the long run.
