Let me give you the way that Telesystem is organized and talk about intrapreneurship from that place you know over the years we've been an owner of enterprise or a co-owner of enterprise yes we had the main enterprise who came from the telecommunication business the wireless business but we always have act in that enterprise since almost day 1 as first an owner and secondly a manager and very quickly we'd be more and more an owner and less and less a manager doesn't mean that we didn't care about management in fact we cared a lot about management but we didn't manage we select the manager and we'll make sure that at all times and all phases of development of the firm we had the best management in place and also as an owner we were very preoccupied about the long term view of the enterprise what that enterprise should look like 5 years from now 10 years from now and based on the current trends and forces acting in the industry what should be the move that enterprises entertain in the coming years not the business plan for next year, that’s the management job but what the enterprise should look and should we sell the enterprise because maybe the forces in place are will be so strong that this entrepreneur will be under threat and we don't have the resources to do that or should we merge the enterprise with something else just to make sure that we have a winner in place and we can grab more market share should we add more resources should we make a decision to add equipment or to add information system a robotic and this is a kind of decision on long term on big moves that the owners are doing and making sure that you always have the best manager that the compensation system is well in place and make sure that the risk profile that you're ready to entertain is sometimes that as owner you're ready to support and making sure that the government system is done in respect of all the stale holders because you need to respect all the stake holders and you know not only the shareholders maybe you will have a minority shareholders and things that you need to respect them but also you have lenders and you have many other you have social stakeholders and you have many many many stakeholders and your governance system need to take into account and that’s the task of an owner.
